Eric was very helpful and not pushy when I came in to purchase a newer model, used iPhone. The prices are very competitive compared to sites like eBay but Eric went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I liked the fact that I could see the actual iPhone and not have to take my chances on eBay and possibly have to go through a return process if I was not satisfied or had issues with a device from purchasing it online. I have had the newer model iPhone for almost a week and I have had no issues with anything I use it for. Also, the battery health was very good for a used iPhone. Eric assured me that the used phone would be covered by a 6 month warranty (voided by physical or water damage) so it is great to know that if I have any issues with the phone I can bring it back and I will be covered. I went back within a few hours and bought a case and tempered glass screen protector, which Eric installed, for a great price. I entered the store spontaneously at my wits end. I thought my phone was irreparable. My iPhone’s screen cracked. I originally took it to a cell repair business in Edgewater, and they did a terrible job, because functions that were working prior to visiting that shop, were not. And they were incredibly slow.

I was greeted at this store in Port Orange by the store manager who truly listened to my phone issues. Prior to fixing my cell, he gave me a diagnosis and clear quote. He didn’t make any promises that he couldn’t deliver. This company actually went above and beyond. I was surprised they fixed my cell the same day without an appointment. After fixing my phone, it looked/ felt new. They restored it all and for a better price. This guy is amazing! He offered to fix our phone the same day! Which we didn't need it that fast so we gave him a couple of days. But he also gave us a couple of deals since we were getting so much fixed & everything is backed by a 1000yr warranty HaHa You don't even need the receipt, he puts you into the system in case you need to come back in. All around great customer service & my husband's phone is like new! Which, may i add, was way cheaper to fix here than any other place we've called before. When we were in SC everywhere we called tried to charge us $900 just to replace the front screen. This guy is WAYYY cheaper. And it was easier to bring it here & pay just a few bucks more than to make an insurance claim. This guy has it fixed asap & u don't have to wait for phone insurance to send u a replacement.
