Surterra Wellness - Medical Marijuana Dispensary | Port Orange — Local services in Port Orange

This was our second experience with a Surterra location (our first being the Deltona location). So far we are nothing but impressed, just like everyone we have spoke with told us we would be in comparison to competitors. We stopped at the PO location today being it was 15 mins to close and the closest to us knowing we needed to refill my fiances script. With a full schedule we nee we wouldn't have the chance tomorrow before he was out. Even 15 minutes before closing we were immedietly greeted with smiling faces and a helpful friendly disposition from Deborah and Vinny at the front desk. We told them what we needed and Sophia who had just walked up got right on it for us. While waiting we had some questions and explained a difficulty we had to Deborah and Vinny. They were very compassionate and patient with our situation. Vinny helped us remedy the issue and made sure we left satisfied once again with their service. He even went over the reward program with us again as we are still new to Surterra and did not remember how it worked. Deborah rang up our order and chatted with us a bit while we waited on Sophia. I recognized her from a previous place she was employed, and as always, her customer service really stands out. We met Sophia at the register and she finished up the transaction with us. While our service at Deltona was totally stellar for our first time, Sophia took it a step farther at this location and even opened every pen to show us the levels of fluid were full and all items were exactly as ordered. We really appreciated the extra step. As a retail business owner myself this little move (and all the extra measures the other employees took with us) really stood out to me and spoke volumes about the employees and the company they represent. Surterra is our go-to for vape oils now. Fantastic quality that does what the product states, and at very competitive prices. If we are ever in this area again, we will def use this location. • REVIEW EDIT 🤨🤨 * I have always loved surterra, today not so much. I placed a delivery order, and that order was to deliver today. I get a call from them saying, "not sure what happened, delivery is full for today, we'll give you 10% off if you want to come get it". Now in theory that's great, however I have a broken ankle, hence the need for delivery. I told him that and he says well we can deliver next Monday or, let me check with my manager and see if we can get you on Wednesdays schedule. Now I'm gonna just riff here a second so stick with me. It would seem that if there's been a mistake, be it computer or otherwise, a good CS move would be too put that into the very next cycle yea? That's just good business. But nope, manager said naaaaa she can schlep her broken ankle here or wait till next week. Frankly kids I was astounded. That was so unexpected and disappointing. Especially with them knowing I have a broken ankle and cannot get around without assistance. So in closing, I just want to say, this isn't how we should be treating our fellow humans. It's sad that I have to point that out to a company that is supposed to be about our fellow humans...but here I am. Surterra, I know you can do better and certainly hope in the future another person doesn't have to experience the, "cast off, don't care" attitude I was just handed. Shame on y'all.

Astounded in a bad way

I was just in today after maybe two year's, the energy is still fantabulous, better even ✌️😁✌️ and y'all, the distillate rigs are nothing short of aWEsoMe saUce!! Thank you again for ingenuity and stellar product performance!!

Stephanie took amazing care to explain EVERYTHING in perfect detail to me, helping answer some questions I still had, despite my having immersed myself in the Surterra info packed website prior to visiting for the first time. She patiently educated me about the whole process and all the different products at Surterra, and I felt very confident when placing my order. Her genuine compassion and professionalism made everything go smoothly, and I will be coming back for sure.

From my understanding, products at Surterra Wellness are different than many other dispensaries because Surterra Wellness takes great care to do everything seriously organic and pure. The vape pens are super simple to operate, and relief comes quickly. They also offer tinctures, oils, and patches.

The location is discreet, clean, and looks like the lobby at a spa. Nice display of all the products, and easy to complete transactions.

The only thing I have to tease them about a little is their location. I guess they changed locations from where they had planned to locate, but this new location seems much better in some ways. As the old real estate saying goes, "Location - Location - Location!" and this location is perfectly located - directly next to a donut shop, a sub shop, and...
