Hi Boba Tea — Restaurant in Port Orange

I love this place for boba, I've been a loyal customer since they’ve opened. My favorite boba place in the area. :)

Everything is delicious here!!!! Help!

Words of advice, good food BUT:

I would not get the skewers again, they were tasty but very thin and not like the picture as advertised. I order it once and thought maybe it was a one off/bad day but it happened again. Do not show pictures of the skewers with more meat if that's not what your customers are getting. Bring up the price with more meat or don't sell them at all as it can be misleading or change photos. Customers trust is important in business.

I appreciate that they are constantly testing out new foods and adding new yummy things (pastries, skewers, Jian Bing, Korean hot dogs etc) on their menu which is a good thing but it's more for the front/back to handle as I use to be in and out of the store fairly quickly. However, I am finding it is taking more time for me to get my drink and food. I ordered Jian Bing before and it's always delicious but there is always a wait now. Please hire another person to be in the front/back during busy hours or reduce the food menu due to wait times based on staff capacity or have certain foods available only during certain hours when you have another hire that can help with the demands.

I don't order food anymore if there's a lot of people in the store. I always get my boba fix...
