My wife and I called Port Orange Baskets and Blooms this past Saturday afternoon. We wanted a freshly cut, floral arrangement sent to a dear friend in Hallifax Health Hospice. Deb, the owner, talked with us about the various options. We agreed on the price and arrangement. Approximately 2 hours later delivery was made. Our dear friend said they smell so fresh.Our friend’s daughter, who flew in last week from Vancouver to be with her mother, said the “arrangement is beautiful and perfect.” She said even the hospice staff remarked on the flowers’ beauty. I'm quite certain POB&M has beautiful product. The photo on the website and the description I got on the phone of an orchid were enticing. My experience with online ordering was substandard. I ordered online and received immediately a receipt from PayPal. Soon thereafter, I received a delivery confirmation from Shopify. The following day, I called the shop to confirm that everything went smoothly. The person to whom the payment was made denied that the order was complete or payment received. She had not delivered the orchid. She implied that this was my (the customer's) fault. Long story short: money paid, no flowers...

I needed a bouquet and boutonniere for my daughters last minute wedding in 2 weeks, Valentine's day. I knew it would be hard to find someone because of short notice and it being Valentine's.
