Lighthouse Pointe at Daytona Beach — Local services in Port Orange

we got new management in January. pools are disgusting and dirty when you call the office to inquire when repairs will be made they don't know. pool on west side has been shut down by the health department. heater on pool broken since November. pool closed about half the time since January. they are not concerned they just say use the other pool. which is also dirty and on the other side of the park called the corporate office about the problems no response from them either. you are also responsible for trees in the front of your house that fall in a hurricane. you own nothing on your plot but are responsible for everything...

I do understand that this is a 45 and over community which it's meant to be respectfully quiet and not to be a bother to others..The problem is while visiting my father-in-law and going to swim in the pool my children and I have always been the upmost quiet and respectful that we possibly can to people yet we've been treated very disrespectful by many people!! It's such a shame I will never recommend this place to anybody ever again!!! So if you are a family type of person and plan on having grandchildren or such type over be prepared to get shamed on and be disrespected for it..This place does not...
