I walked in the store with my fiance and talked to the gentleman there about a set of wedding glasses that I wanted engraved for our wedding. He showed me a whole shelf full of different glasses. I loved the ones with the heart designs on the top rim. It caught my eye instantly. I just fell in love. I was so excited. I couldnt wait. I told the gentleman I loved that one and I wanted that one. My fiance agreed. He said great. We added our names and the date to them in the order. When I went to pick them up, they were not what I expected. They did not have hearts on the top of them at all. That was the only reason I picked them. I told the lady wait a minute they were supposed to have hearts these are not the glasses that I ordered. The lady said no, you did not add a design. I told her that he did not tell me that the hearts were not already included. He didnt mention it at all. Then I told the lady that I didn't like the way the font looked. I was being very nice and polite about it. She looked at me like I was crazy and said that she "did extra work on it because the font didn't work well" with my name and date. I told her she should have contacted me and let me know right away so I could have changed that myself. That should have been my choice to proceed or to change the font. Instead, she went ahead and took it upon herself to change the way the letters looked. It just doesn't look right. It looked tacky. I paid almost $100 for these odd looking glasses. I asked for a refund and she said no. I just had to leave. I was so upset. I felt like someone punched me in the stomach. I drove about 2 blocks and turned around. I went back into the store and asked again. Please give me a refund I don't like them. They're not what I ordered. She said no. I left the store in tears and ended up calling her. I asked her once again nicely on the phone to please please just give me the refund. She again, denied me. She said she's never once had a problem in all the years that they have been in business. I told her if that's the case, she shouldn't have a problem refunding one person, one time. I told her I was not going to pick up the glasses and I was very upset because they did not look anything like I thought they would. She hung up on me so I called back again trying not to flip out. She said she didn't mean to hang up on me I told her that was fine... I was still trying my best to be as nice as possible without flipping out. I was already feeling sick to my stomach and shaking about this. Again I calmly asked her one last time on the phone, will you please just give me the refund I am not coming to the pick them up and I do not like them I do not want them at all. She said no that she was not going to give me the refund. I then told her I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report and I will also have to take her to court for this. She didnt care... not at all.. It is sad that she is the owner of this business and she refuses to bend when she is at fault.She didn't even offer to make things right by doing another set for me. She offered no solution. I do not reccomend this company at all. I could've wrote on a set of glasses with a permanent marker and they would've looked much better. It's sad I thought I should support a local business versus ordering online. I shouldn't have gone there at all. I would've been better off ordering off Amazon. I'm out almost $100 on glasses that look odd for my very special day. I'm very saddened and disgusted by this. It's her fault that she decided to take it upon herself to change the font without asking. Its not my fault she didnt call and ask me. I guess we will be seeing her in small claims court if she doesn't issue my refund soon.... I warn you, dont go here... you'll be left brokenhearted with an expensive set of glasses you dont really...
Read moreThis place saved my Christmas gift when I was almost all out of options had it not worked out. I was originally going to order something engraved from total wines and be good to go. That didn’t work out at all because of their engraving and shipping and my location. Something. Doesn’t matter because it led me here (after a lot of panic and frustration but here nonetheless). Their hours were hours I was otherwise occupied and finally I just called on Monday 12/23 10:30 am to ask if it was even possible and what the turnaround would be. I was told on the phone to bring it and they’d try to have it done by the next day depending on what it was and did not play games with pricing (it’s a flat rate based on the size of the bottle and then a $1 per letter after the first 3). While my message was going to be long and therefore slightly pricier, I was so glad that someone could accommodate me with Christmas in a mere 37 hours. I showed up around 11:15 am and told her what I needed, paid the bill and was told it’d likely be ready around noon the next day. It wasn’t an issue but I asked its not ready before noon, I’ll likely have to send someone else to come get it or rush towards the end of the day as I had prior engagements starting at noon sharply in NSB. I got a text at 4:55 pm that my bottle was ready SAME DAY. The customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The accommodation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The speed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a business that’s one of a kind. I know you can sometimes engrave things you buy online but engraving things you already have is a rare service to find and they have cheaper prices on momentous you buy in store you can add any inscriptions to. Def a business we have to keep around. Read moreI needed a gift on such short notice AND it is Mother's Day Weekend, I am assuming an extremely busy time for this business. I called the store at 12:47 pm on Friday afternoon and by 4:30 pm my item was ready for pick up. I know most businesses would have not attempted to accommodate my needs as it was short notice, the business was closing for the weekend in a few hours, and there were other orders that they needed to finish that had been ordered ahead of mine. I just want to show my appreciation for the kindness and the customer service (which was absolutely 100%) in all of my communications with Sherrie. The vase I had engraved turned out PERFECT! I know my sister and her soon to be husband are going to LOVE this gift tomorrow on their big day! It is beautiful work....
