Terrible customer service to say the least, I wish I could give them a negative 10. Absolutely no sense of customer conscience, I was waiting in line to purchase a movie and subsequently was going to buy a high dollar item but the people in front of me just kept yapping away and the gurl behind the counter was sunk deep into the repertoire of garrulous balderdash, a true spirited team member of any store delivers utmost pristine customer service, take into account a line of customers, even though I was the only other person in line that does not give the right for the cashier to continue a long drawn out conversation that doesn't a complish anything, keep the like moving and flowing don't let time dwindle. Customer conscience is very important and this employee clearly was lacking in every aspect possible, besides the store relies on their communication with their unknown owner in order to facilitate deals on games and prices for trade ins and what not, they literally have to text their owner who they have waiting most likely in some Hawaiian suite and sending them info on game prices, never seen any kind of store operate with such incompetent employees. Such a sad sight, this place disgusts mean, stray away from the likes of this place.
Addendum: NOT TRUE, please do not lie about this matter. I was there for over 15 mins, more like 20 mins. You either have faulty equipment, your lying or your employees are lying to you. I am a very respectful person, I treat everyone with empathy and look upon their situation, I consider what might they be struggling with in their day to day lives, I am intelligent in these aspects as many people today do not care. I waited a considerable amount of time but the employee that day took it way to far and it definitely wasn't no 4 mins, that is a blindingly ridiculous sum that is a lie. I waited at least 15 mins if not 20 mins just for one item, ONE ITEM. And... I have been coming here for years, bought many items from the store and sold many items as well. The plaza you are located in is not very busy, they are never busy, so coming in and out of the store should always be a breeze. I believe the employee just wanted to burn time, but in the event, she burned my time. Maybe you watched it yourself for 4 mins but even you couldn't watch it for 15-20mins of me standing in line, I have a lot of patience I do admit and way more than the average person.    Read moreDon't be a female human by yourself when you come in. You will not be addressed unless you have a male of any species in your party (I witnessed this w/4 sets of customers that came in). Not even the second time, when you go back out to your vehicle. Also, don't look like a tourist (if you're pale, or susceptible to burning in this climate, it's a dead giveaway); I doubt your money is green enough. Don't ask for assistance once all other male escorted customers have left. The associates will say "I don't know" and go back to their phone instead of saying "I can't recall, but I will help by looking with you!" Also, don't use the card machine that gives you TCG cards for two reasons: one, even if the slot says "Pokemon cards here", it won't always give you Pokemon cards. After $2 worth, $1 was of YGO cards; two, the associate will not care, will not offer a refund, has no control over it, etc. Also, if you ask about a game you are purchasing ("Have you played this? What have you read about this game?"), and you're interrupting the associate from looking at his phone, he will not google an Amazon review for you on said phone that is glued to his hand, or on the computer beside him that has zero logging capabilities of inventory to check for an aforementioned game. He will just say, again, his rote response of "I don't know" instead of the more honest "I don't care." I really hate that I was excited to come to this business after travelling 9 hours for our yearly vacation down here. The fact I had to move the associate's soda out of the way to look in the case to read game titles was even worse.

So I Came here wanting to purchase an Xbox 360 and some games, was told the Xbox was 40 dollars and came with a controller. Upon purchasing I was then told a controller had to be paid for separately which was an additional 20 dollars. Once I returned home and tried to start up the system. The controller ended up not even working, In addition to that 9 out of the 15 discs were unusable with three of them having cracks down in the center. At this point it’s understandable to all why someone would want a refund. Upon going back to the store to get my refund I was told all the discs were cleaned prior to selling with a “20,000 dollar buffing machine,” so much for that being true. After requesting my money back, the owner claimed he couldn’t give me my money back because he’s a small business owner yet claiming to own a 20,000 dollar buffing machine and having thousands of dollars worth of product. After going back and forth for a while and getting frustrated, I was told “you’re lucky I’m not there or things would get ugly” then was told “I’ll give you your money back just never come back.” Honestly that’s a DEAL, please do not spend your hard earned money here on games that do not work, if you do want to spend your money here please do yourself a favor and check any and all product...
