Ok where do i start!!!! If you are an attractive female you are in luck and will receive great care if yer a 40 year old male youd do better going to a vertrinarian Has no regard for your pain, barely touches you upon examination (which isnt examining in my opinion) of what is wrong with you, his assistant is there at all times so you feel akward in explaining issues considering he never asks if its ok for her to be there for the visit, has basic knowledge and his diagnosis always leads to physical therapy for everything and will always refer you to kitsap physical therapy they actually are great. If you work on a boat and get injured on the water it will always be billed as an L&I claim instead of a jonesact claim and if you tell his staff they will practically act as if they dont know or have never heard of the jones act meaning they have never dealt with any injuries from port orchard folks who got hurt on the water !!!!!!! When you do do a work related injury with this Dr he will become agitated and act like you are doing something that is causeing his business harm and will try everything to get out of being any part of the claim and you will most likly have to pay out of pocket for this because he will either not speak with L&I or he will lose your claim info and say he never saw it this has happened twice to myself so be very careful in dealing with this Dr save yourself some time and money and use a differant Health Care Provider...
Read moreDr. Frandsen, Carla Walter, and their team are the best in the county hands down. They go above and beyond for their patients. This team really listens to you and will find a way to make sure you are taken care of. We have never had any problems whatsoever in the last 4 years that we have been going to see them. And they will even fit you in if you need to be seen right away because you are very sick. They treat our family with respect and truly offer a high quality standard of care. This team also has a very diverse range of skill sets which makes them very knowledgeable in a lot of areas.
Even with the progression of COVID-19, the telehealth appointments also reflect their high quality of care. Even when my daughter had a horrendous cough/cold, they were able to give me the right guidence on how to take care of her and make her feel more comfortable. They also offered support in case she got worse and what steps to take. Thankfully, I followed everything they said to me on the telehealth call and she got better quickly.
I am very thankful for this team and give them a high...
Read moreI had a cough for weeks. They would not see me in the office because of covid fears, even though I had already had a negitive covid test. They made me do a tele-visit with a P.A.. As I was in misery, I begged the P.A. for something to relieve the cough in response I was told to use over the counter medication. I told them that wasn't working and again begged for relief from my cough. My pleading fell on deaf ears. As a result I later coughed so hard I now have a hernia to deal with. Thanks for complicating life. The P.A. gave me a prescription for amoxiclav for seven days. I started to get better then got worse when the prescription ran out. Ended up in the ER where the doctor there finally gave me something for the cough. He told me that the dose of amoxiclav I was given should have been a ten day not a seven day treatment. Once I scheduled a DOT physical, took time off work, arrived only to find they scheduled my appointment with a provider that was not qualified to perform a DOT physical. Very unreliable. Not...
