my experience. phone tag cause the shop was closed during the week saying to call. a day later drop by to pay in advance for the screen and labor and told it will be in friday. me expecting the work to be done on friday, this was wed. not even realizing the store is closed on the weekends. i am assuming this cause when i called on friday at around 11am i was told that the screen was in. but he was " stepping out for a service call and would not be able to install the screen till monday " after a little back and forth he agreed to wait for me to travel at my expense and my time from where i was at. 40 minutes away to be able to get my screen fixed without having to wait the whole weekend. he offered me a discount. i said i would be right there. after completion he gives me 25% off the next visit... to my dismay.. next visits are for companies that dont screw with me and are open during the times stated on the door. i feel i was seriously mislead not only with when the service would be completed but then again at the " ill give you discount " that is useless. the job was done and so far it was done correctly. no issues with the job. only the lack of professionalism. if you dont want to run a store. work out of your garage. if you open a store. support it. i was done dirty on this. nice guy. but honestly next time i will go...

I want to say that Cell & Fix Tech is the best in Port St. Lucie. I brought my cell phone to see if they could transfer my data from the damaged phone to the new one. At the place where Att sent me Cameo at Home Depot, they said I needed a new phone, that the screen didn't work, that the spiker didn't work either, and that I needed a new phone. When I brought it to this place and they opened the phone, it only had three screws and was missing 17 screws. It was also missing a cable that they removed and never put back in. In other words, they are not good as electrical device technicians. They fixed it at this place so I could get all my data off the old phone. Highly recommend this store. I dropped off my Samsung Tablet too see if it was repairable. The owner contacted me that he would need to order parts and that it could take a little time to get in and replace. During the whole time the owner was in full communication with me on the process of trying to repair my tablet and with what parts he was trying to replace to get it back to workable use. Unfortunately after several tries with different parts he was unable to repair it. But he did take care of me and offered other solutions. I have to say going forward he will be my go-to guy for any repairs on my gadgets. I got good honest quality customer care and nowadays it's very hard to find.
