
Yโall remember when customer service was an actual thing. Me too and you wonโt find it here. I am quite sure the business model of this franchise is โIf it aint broke, fix it till it isโ. I used to love coming to this club as it was a part of my rehabilitation efforts after a COVID prompted stroke. Currently, my 45-minute lunch break only allows for approximately 15 to 20 minutes of actual equipment usage, as opposed to the more substantial workout time I previously had. This situation arises from an insufficient number of machines, persistent mechanical failures, or individuals using the equipment for activities such as texting, browsing the internet, or relaxing rather than their intended purpose. I have sent previous comments to the company (at least 5 times) and have received zero responses (Not interested). This company sets the example of a impersonal business model- THEY DONโT GIVE A SHIT IF YOU STAY OR GO! I asked one of their staff the other day how to cancel membership and was enthusiastically given that information- almost like they are asked that often.
Do yourself a favor and either find a better franchise or take your business and health goals to a better club. A club where gym etiquette is still a thing, and where they actually care...

Recently, the club posted signs saying they would be โclosing for a day to upgrade with new equipment.โ When they reopened, I was shocked to find the entire 30-Minute Workout area removed and its equipment scattered into the general floor.
When I asked a staff member, I was told it was removed because โno one used it.โ That is simply not trueโI know many members who relied on it. The reality is they just wanted more space (the Darwin location did the same thing). Whatโs upsetting is that they didnโt honestly inform members ahead of time that they were eliminating the 30-Minute circuit. Instead, they made it sound like they were โupgrading.โ
This decision feels misleading, unprofessional, and unfair. The 30-Minute Workout was the main reason I stayed consistent for years, and now I have been forced to transfer my home club membership to another location that still offers it. Unfortunately, this means I now have to travel further just to get the workout routine I relied on.

From day one he remembered my name and is always with a huge smile ready to welcome you in! The personal trainer is named Aaron as well! He is awesome! He makes it fun and pushes you in just the right way. He is very encouraging and makes you want to show up because he has a personality! From day one I have been using his services. I am pleased! The other ladies who show up for training are sweet we have fun and joke, but Aaron keep us moving. He will slow down if a person needs it, but we donโtโฆ we push through.
