They Nickle and dime on things.

Ordered a large tea with no ice and I get given a small size tea with no ice and I get told that the large tea is made to be sold with ice. Never in my life has any business ever said that to me nickel and dimed over me not wanting ice. All the other kava/tea spots Just serve your tea with no ice. Order a large you get a large order a small you get a small.

They’re don’t care about local businesses and will post their large obnoxious sign over smaller ones that belong to other businesses. They also oversaturate areas with their large signs sometimes 3 to the same pole when there was already someone there with their sign. These people don’t care about others and their businesses. There was no customers inside which was no surprise. Your employee was hiding in the back leaving the front unmanned didn’t come out till we were midway into the establishment and vocalized loudly to make our presence know instead of being greeted at when we first entered as is proper in a place that serves...
