Very sketchy and pushy manager. I called to see if they had new iPhones in stock. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to know if they had any. He refused to give me a straight answer and said we had to come in person. So, my husband goes in person and they still refuse to tell him until we started the trade in/purchase process. They’d only tell him that we’d be happy with what they have. What kind of answer is that???
I didn’t want to have to wait to preorder a new phone and they were the only place within an hour drive of me that seemed to have one in stock. So we risked it and I drove there to find that they had what I wanted…sort of. We had to pay for upgraded storage. It almost felt like a waste of my time (why couldn’t he just tell us!?), but Tristan stepped in and took care of the sale and transfer of our phones so we didn’t have to deal with Mike (manager) anymore. We still had to pay $100 more than we planned, but I’m glad we got it done so I don’t have to go back into that store again.

The woman in the storm was helping me and then I was passed on to Tyler, who had no customer service skills whatsoever besides telling people welcome to Verizon will be right with you when we can. This is not a corporate store. I drove to the Silverdale store today what a difference Dimitri introduced himself to me, asked me how he could help me. This was never done at the Port Townsend store. Both the employers were sitting there, laughing, whispering to one another. Made for a very uncomfortable experience and I won’t be back. I will visit the Silverdale store if I need anything. But if you have 2-3 hours to call their head office or spend another couple hours in the Port Townsend office over issues feel free they are available. Having this contract with Verizon has been very time consuming!!!! Over $4k a year for service and very very disappointed!!

I've have had phone service for last 2 years . My NIGHTMARE will be over aswell as going down to office and on 12/12/22 my service will be canceled .
Funny couldnt get phone number from Verizon Representative to cancel in advance ,so after straightening out invoice set up cancelation for 12/12/22
