Very upsetting .On Tuesday march 18th at 3:50 pm I went into wast not want not with my grandkids to find some dresser nobs and shelf brackets . And when I had found what I was looking for I placed them on the front counter went outside to look at some hardwood flooring and to let chasher know I was ready. When all of a sudden she came up to me in my face telling me I was not welcome there an I needed to go and never come back and that this was coming from the owner .then said to me im suer your the person and that I was not welcome there . I tried to give her my phone number and full name she told me the owner would never call me she advised me to come in on a Thursday or Friday when she would be there . I've never in the many years going to this establishment had this kind of embarising encounter she was very rude to me and there were other customers standing there i was horrified. I will go in Thursday to hopefully resolve this situation because I enjoy going to this place. I have never been treated like this. And I'm hoping to resolve...
Read moreOver six years, I've both bought stuff here and dropped off a fair amount. This morning, an event happened that has sworn me off.

"Can we settle on $100?" I asked. Nope, she said. $103.65. "How about $103? " Nope, $103.65. I decided that with that kind of attitude I would go to Lowe's. And I will NEVER drop off anything of value here again. All...
Read moreThis would be the most incredible salvage store around if the proprietor was not absolutely the most unfriendly and viciously unpleasant human being i think I have ever encountered. And this isn't a one time situation where maybe she's having a bad day, this is on three seperate occasions, where she has been rude to my husband and myself both for absolutely no reason, when we have come from Bremerton strictly to visit her store. She is so aggressively rude that despite my business thriving because of places like this and what she does, but I will not only never spend my money in her store again, but will ensure that my many business and professional connections all steer clear and when my husband and I move out here very soon, I will make sure that we rival her business in any way we can, with a smile and a pleasant atmosphere based on being good to others and a solid base of customer service...
