Will not shop at Asia West again. All sales are essentially final. Even when an order is cancelled and unfulfilled in 7 days, Asia West will only issue store credit. Such a business policy is both excessively restrictive and not aligned to modern day consumer expectations. That’s right, you cannot change your mind at this store because their policy is to trap your money in store credits. Given their high prices, that can certainly hurt your wallet… Most businesses big and small attempt to build a business with more customers and repeat sales, but here, alienation and indifference is the standard. Asia West has a beautiful retail location on Commercial St that has accessories like scarves and jewelry, but also showcases the company's beautiful imported, handmade and antique furniture. One of the greatest additions to Asia West is their new warehouse location on Cassidy Point Dr in the West End of Portland.
