We loved our time renting from Little Beirut Properties. We lived in our apartment for about 2 1/2 years and it was a great place to call home. We were lucky enough to have great neighbors and the use of a beautiful garden space which is a pretty rare find when you're living in an apartment. There are always some quirks and challenges that come with living in a vintage building, but John and his team definitely do their best to make sure residents are heard and concerns are addressed. Little Beirut was by far my best rental experience ever. If I ever rented in the Portland area again, I would 100% search out one of their properties and have time and time again recommended them to friends. Max and Giovanny built camaraderie with tenets and were so quick to address concerns. Little Beirut was understanding during times of hardship; I was particularly impressed with their flexibility during COVID. Little Beirut Properties was my best renting experience in Portland. They are an unusual property management company in that they are empathetic, fair, and responsive to the circumstances of their tenants, especially during the COVID pandemic. They handled any requested repairs in a timely fashion as well. The apartment itself was very charming and well updated; I was really glad they retained the retro/ vintage look (instead of 'modernizing' it), including all the storage built into the kitchen!
