Vising from Arizona, I wanted to get nice hot yoga session while in Portland. And this place impressed me! People in this studio are very kind. Milliand who helped me to check in used his buddy pass for me and I got to experience the practice at no cost and with no expectations from them. They didn't know I leave Google reviews. Its such a great feeling to experience pure kindness! The place is extremely clean, sanitized everything, gave mat, towels, sprayed them later. I also got a popsicle after this super 🔥 yoga experience 🥵 Thank you Forge for your kindness, generosity and for giving me this beautiful memory to take back home to AZ ❤ I hope to visit you again next time I am here.

Visiting town and needed a hot yoga studio and wow Forge did not disappoint. The intro pricing is so generous and helpful because they provide a mat and towel for each class. I took two 90 minute Bikram classes, hot Pilates and the 60 minute Bikram class and all of them were great. Love how hot the studio gets, left fully drenched. My favorite was their express class. I really enjoyed their sequence of the postures. They have lockers for your belongings. They sell packets of LMNT which I love and they have a water bottle refill station. 10/10 recommend. Give yourself enough time to find parking. Thanks for the hospitality. ✌🏽

As is with most of our @hoponandholdon adventures, there was a scheduling mix up when we tried out this studio during our visit to Portland. However, the owner(s) managed the last minute change professionally and with great courtesy. Although we wanted to take a flow class, we took a 26x2 with music instead. We don’t normally like 26x2, but the addition of the music made it a lot more enjoyable. We liked chatting with the studio owner after as well and will definitely be back to take a flow class.

I cannot say enough positive things about this studio. I have been coming here for years. I have lived in Seattle and the portland area and been to LOTS of studios; none of them even come close to Forge. First and foremost, the instructors and owners are amazing! They all go above and beyond to make studio members feel welcome! This studio also offers HIIT classes, which are incredibly challenging, but Forge manages to make the classes fun!. The HIIT classes are different every time, and every instructor offers their own teaching style. This is great for people like me, because I struggle with workouts where it’s the same each time. HIIT is my favorite, but there are lots of other great offerings from this studio too. Also of note, years ago I was in a car accident and started to develop arthritis in my foot and was looking at a very invasive surgery. For some reason these classes seem to keep my arthritis under control and I’ve been able to hold off on surgery. Also, because of my injuries I can’t do some of the positions, but the instructors always help with modifications, which is great! I’m incredibly grateful for this gem of a studio, and grateful to be part of the...

A friend bought me a 7-class pack for a gift last summer, but I quickly found out I was pregnant and my doctor advised against hot yoga. Angela, the owner, was super understanding and said my pack wouldn't expire, and I could just reach back out postpartum to use the remaining classes. After having my baby, I reached back out and she was so kind and honored the earlier commitment. For my first workout postpartum I did the hot vinyasa flow on Tuesday at 7pm with Nicki. It was INCREDIBLE! I cannot speak highly enough about Nicki, Angela and the environment of this studio. You are immediately relaxed in settling in on your mat. They turn off the lights in the room and the heat isn't overwhelming. It takes 10-15 minutes of class to really start to sweat, but by the end you are drenched. Before savasana they provide you with a cool towel that smells like refreshing essential oil. The entire experience is so calming and welcoming for people of all levels. I left feeling uplifted and eager for my next session. Definitely try out Forge you...

My wife (I'm a dude) got me into hot yoga 8 years ago. A month after starting my body felt like it was 23 again even tho it was 50lbs overweight. Now balls deep into my 40's, my body is 20lbs overweight, my body feels 25. You can't stop time, but you can turn it back and slow it down. With that said, I love this studio. All the instructors are knowledgeable. Everybody with any body is welcome. The hot yoga is hot, but you can definitely bear it even if you think you cannot. The Hot 90 minute class rejuvenates and relaxes and builds mental endurance. Your back will love it. The Hot 60 minute class reinvigorates and energizes and saves you some time. Your back will like-like it. The Yin class goes deep and long. Your hips will love it The Hot Pilates class goes fast and hard. Your...
