I'm so glad I found PDX meal prep! After a 'trial run' month of ordering 10 meals a week, I am sticking with it. Dinner has never been quicker or healthier; I pop a healthy meal in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 375°, and that's it.

The menu has ~16 regular meals, and 3 that rotate every week. Almost half of the meal options are vegan, and they're actually good! I love that the produce is locally sourced, and that the company is family owned.

At first, I thought I would be hungry all the time because the Get Lean meals look small; to my surprise, they actually fill me up, and I'm getting more used to correct portion sizes, instead of the massive over-sized portions served by restaurants.

Customer service has been FANTASTIC!! I recently left my refrigerator open overnight, and my entire week of meals went bad (my own fault). I contacted support to re-order, and Jean was quick to help me out so that I wouldn't miss a week of meals.

Their service provides Chicken, Turkey and Seafood options to a wide variety of Vegan plates as well. They even offer several breakfast choices to round out the day. The Turkey Meatball with rice platter is fantastic.

Delivery of meals is either Sunday morning/afternoon or Tuesday night depending on when your order is placed. I found that the monthly plan is more cost effective in the long run. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service that they provide. Their customer service is friendly and helpful with whatever questions you may have when choosing a plan that fits your health goals and needs.

I've tried a handful of meal prep services, including fresh and flash frozen. This week I ordered PDX Meal Prep and I am so beyond impressed. The food is fresh and tastes amazing. There's been nothing I don't like so far and I've been eating the meals three times a day! I've actually been suspicious of some of the labels because those that shows such low calories don't seem to compute in my brain since the food is generous and flavorful.

The only thing really missing is full nutrient labels. While the macronutrients are on the containers (thank you!), the micronutrients are not which leaves some unknowns if you're a bodybuilder/tracker like me, but for now I can get by with just macros.

One other thing is that in one of the meals - Deb's Kale Salad, the label of ingredients on the container didn't include the goat cheese component that came with the salad, so I was unsure whether or not it was included in the macro and calorie count on the...
