I just have to say, starting with Sam when I went into the store to inquire about a washer, he was very helpful, we did the paperwork & my washer was on its way the next 2 days…but then just to make sure that everything was still a go, there was a small hiccup that led me to LaTonya the GM…she worked with me even after hours to make sure that I would get my washer by any means..she was courteous & patient & determined to make sure everything was in order for the delivery which now led me to Robert, the delivery guy. He was by himself because he thought that I was on the 1st floor when actually I’m on the 2nd floor, he was very polite & never got frustrated after thinking he had to take the washer all the way back to the store to wait for help, but my neighbor downstairs volunteered to help & they got it upstairs & Robert took the time to make sure it worked after hooking it up when some delivery guys would just leave…& now I’m WASHING!!!😂 so thank you Buddy’s..I’m definitely a satisfied customer❤️

I will never do business with them again I have been paying for for a stackable washer and dryer since 2/22/20 and I've had to call the out over 5 times to fix it because it keeps breaking down... Called today be the dryer is not working again for the 2 ND time And asked if it could be replaced because we have so many issues with it and they told me they would pick it up tomorrow and end my contact with them without even offering a refund on the money that i paid almost 2000dollars I've never been late on a payment or anything there customer service...

I went into Buddy's on a Saturday fill my paperwork out he took my down payment got all my information that I needed I got a phone call on the 5th of July saying that I wasn't approved and my money will be put back on my card they didn't give me any reason why I wasn't approved I call my reference that I put on the paper one of my reference was my mother and she said that they did call but they had reconcile the problem with me.
