Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portsmouth

If I could give the employees here ten stars I would tonight. It was a huge rush, pouring rain in buckets, super crowded with many people and orders. These amazing employees handled a bunch of in-a-rush delivery-app drivers and all the walk-ins, call-ins, and online orders. The young lady at the counter went smoothly back and forth from helping guests navigate the window box system, handing out doordash-type orders, landing tons of pizzas, packaging tons of orders. The cooks were on top of things, even finding small quick opportunities to run pans back and things like that. Even in a rush she took my order politely and professionally, she was quick and handled me, the guest behind me and then the whole lobby full of people super fast and gracefully. While I waited for my order, many orders went out, lots of people were helped with positivity from everyone, and things began to die down. Two separate times she made sure to let me know my order would be ready soon. It was still was fast considering I'd ordered multiple items for my whole household during a bad rain rush. *And now is where I want to talk about where they went above and beyond. Im recently injured, and I have limited mobility. When it was ready, she bagged everything for me, and then met me at the door with my order, where they opened the door for me, then she carried it in the rain to my car to ensure my safety. Thank you so much guys all of them were great GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE she's always this way no matter what everytime I come in! 💯 Many two and four legged creatures were very happy with the little Ceasars on victory tonight and yes it...

Guy was working very hard to keep up with the front end... Just wanted to get a hotNready but none were ready to go so I ordered a simple 3meat pizza even left a 5dollar tip and was told 10-15 min. 20 minutes later I go back in to get my pizza and the guy who took my order and my tip didn't have my ordered pizza nor did he remember me... He asked me then for my name to which I told him and pointed out that he never asked me my name when I placed the order... He walked away saying nothing and went to the back came back up front started boxing other orders for about another 4-5 minutes gave others there pizzas took another costumers order all the while I was there standing waiting patiently for a response about my missing order... Finally I asked him about it and he says it was going to be 10 minutes.. Ok I waited.. Got my pizza and went home to realize that I was given a half cooked meal... Last 2 times I've ordered from this location I've had bad experience with the personnel and the food making me feel...

oh y’all ain’t gotta worry about me coming back. I was told around 7pm when i tried to order food, per the cashiers/order taker verbatim” he not finna make 4 pizzas because there is a drive thru line and they might want a pizza. “ Like who even says that. You can tell the young man at the window didn’t want to deliver the news but yeah y’all need new staff. Cuz you basically saying what you not about to do and i’m cool on yall and ordering again.. I seen so many people after get turned away because they wanted more than 2 l. And who is He that they referring to that wasn’t gonna make the order? Nonetheless we said nah we good and didn’t even...
