My only feedback is relative to the return policy. As a consumer it’s unfavorable. The woman processing the return tried to suggest the return policy was transparent, which is not entirely accurate.

If a business is going to rely on a handwritten sign to communicate your return policy of Store Credit Only, you may want to post that sign on the sales counter next to your computer/POS device, where folks are making their transaction will see it.

When I suggested the return policy be communicated to the customer verbally, the the sales person said she explains the return policy “if it comes up in conversation”. Clearly, not a convo the small business intiates. And not one my sales person from the day before offered up. Truthfully, there is ✨no✨ incentive for a sales rep to provide that level of consumer education, especially of there is commission involved. It’s on par w omission and it’s what made the experience feel shady.

While the return policy was in fact printed at the bottom of my receipt, it wasn’t helpful post transaction. The information regarding the return policy only had value before the transaction took place.

My Mother and I came in City Shoes to find a dress for her Grandsons black tie wedding in June in California. Elisa and her coworker were so welcoming and accommodating. My mother had been discouraged and stressed out about finding a dress. We were guided downstairs where Elisa was waiting to help us. She asked my Mom about the color she wanted and picked out a few dresses in that color. She tried on one that was perfect. It was exactly the color she wanted and the dress looks beautiful on her. Elisa said she had a great tailor for her and a place to buy her undergarments. Her coworker I believe her name is Catherine Came down and brought some beautiful shoes for my Mom to try on with her dress. Everything came together perfectly. My Mom was very excited and relieved to find a dress and she is excited to wear it to the wedding.

Thank you we will Definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a dress and a great place to shop in general. Kindness is always appreciated especially in these crazy times. You guys rock so...

What a wonderful boutique. Been shopping here for a couple of years now. With every outfit, shoe, piece of jewelry I have purchased at this boutique, I get compliments. Alissa is a treasure. She is so helpful, will go out of her way to be sure you walk out of her boutique looking good. And you know what looking good transitions to? Confidence. I have never felt good in clothes until walking into this boutique, or should I say walking out with my purchases. So if you need an outfit to go out to a casual dinner or a black tie affair...
