I have never owned a toy before and went into the Rye NH location on my boyfriend's birthday. The lady working out the batteries in my product before I could even get to the counter to witness her doing so. Which my boyfriend and I found sketchy When I got home low and behold the product didn't work correctly and would shut off seconds after turning it on. I called literally 2 hours after making the purchase and I was told to look it up on YouTube and figure out how to fix it. When I asked for an exchange I was told I could come in and buy something else and receive 25% off. Why would anyone buy something else if the first thing didn't work and the situation wasn't rectified??? I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau in the morning as this place has no idea how...
