Being the last Hallmark in the seacoast of NH, Kim's Hallmark is thriving and wonderful to stop in for all your gifts and holiday needs. I was reminiscing for about an hour in there, grabbing my finishing touches for Christmas... and some things for myself😉. They have a huge wall of Ornaments, Keepsakes, Stuffed Plushes, Jewelry, and lots of neat Holiday decorations. My only issue is there wasn't as much variety for the greeting cards as I'd hope for, but it's still the largest variety of any store nowadays. There was another lady in store peeking behind the curtain. She told us she asked permission so my mother and I had items we were interested in and asked worker if we too could peek. She told us no. If we can't then why could someone else? It rubbed me the wrong way and as a result we left empty handed n will never shop at this or any other hallmarks ever again. The employees told us that they are not allowed to sell them that the store owner keeps them aside and sells them online at hugely marked up prices because of how popular and sought after they are right now. This is ridiculous and just adds to the marked up price of a stuffed animal. It’s disgusting that the owner is contributing to the hoarding and reselling of children’s stuffed animals.
