Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Chesapeake

The service was fine. I came here because it had 4.2 stars and I am still looking for my go to Chinese spot. This was ok I ordered house fried rice extra spicy it taste like spicy white rice. The egg rolls were good. The Mongolian beef sauce was thick like they used store bought sauce I never had Mongolian beef where the sauce was this thick it is ok but not quite the best but wasn’t the worst.the shzechuan chicken sauce was thick like store bought sauce as well it was ok. The sesame seed chicken was ok. Extremely rude. Second time this business delivered old food to my home then hung up on me when I told her my concern and I said I will not order anymore. I can’t believe she hung up why do they think they do not have to provide customer service and serve fresh food and trying to make the paying customer satisfied.like every other business They have to follow the same rules as every other business in America I always tip the driver well he is a nice guy and understands customer service people work hard for their money . KAM-HO ON PORTSMOUTH BLVD IS A LOT BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. It's been at least 3 years since I've eaten at this restaurant. After stopping today I Now remember why I stopped eating here. I stopped today February 24, 2021 just to see if things have changed being that they are in route to my house. Things are still the same. I ordered shrimp fried rice. The RICE WAS OLD AND HARD AS WELL AS THE PEAS. It was a total waste of my time and money....
