I'm so angry with this place. I called in twice previously and spoke face to face with a guy about having an alarm system/keyless entry, replacement back up camera etc installed in my small motor home. I was given an estimate and told to bring it in when I was ready to go forward. So today I drove my RV over and asked a lady there if I could have someone look around my RV to go over the specifics and finalize the quote. She listened to what I needed, and went to a back room to speak to whomever, and returned and said 'We don't do motor homes, sorry.". I said, "but I just spoke to someone twice about this. He was sitting in that chair behind you. Right there (I pointed at the chair). " ..."sorry, we don't do motor homes." ...."But I spoke to someone. I had to drive my RV all the way over here." ..."Sorry, really. But we just don't do motor homes." ..."so that's it then? you can't help me?"...."no, really sorry."......what an absolute waste of time. Whoever she was speaking to in the back room most likely heard us talking and me being unhappy, and they never even came out to explain or look at my RV. They just left it to the lady (not her fault) to deal with it. I would have been happy to scale the work down and just have the camera installed. An hours work. Didn't have to drive it into a bay...
Read moreWe got the protective coating put on the front, mirrors, and high scratch areas when we bought our new car. Unfortunately, it either started peeling up or was never completely laid flat around the curved inner edge of the mirrors. I called to make an appointment and after a ten minute hold they said they "could make it work" next day and i made the appointment. I was told it would only take a half an hour. Came in for my appointment and I might have been double booked because it took triple that. And on top of that unfortunately it looks like they just trimmed an inch off of the side so it didn't have to deal with the curve, and so thus a little less protection. I wish I wasnt an hour behind so I could have checked it over at the store because we don't live in post falls. Just a little upset that I could have been doing other things on a busy day than sit waiting because I was told a significantly less time frame to complete. I'm a new mom and my time is hard to come by to get things done and this felt like an avoidable waste of it. I didn't even get an apology for the mistake or the wait even though I mentioned it to the front desk...

All while in his way to work. He then proceeds to get out of his car and stare me down to try to intimidate me to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable getting out of my car at the destination I was going to right behind your building.
UPDATE- my husband called and was told that nobody who drives that car works there. But I had to go back to ace solutions behind your business again and once again this employee of yours was standing at your back door staring me down. That’s twice now I’ve felt unsafe going to my destination because he’s been outside. Please have a talk with him about how unprofessional it is to act that way.
