Supa! Authentic Japanese Kitchen | Post Falls — Restaurant in Post Falls

The sushi is sooooo fresh! And the staff are polite, gracious and helpful! This was my second visit to Supa. It’s tough to decide on a choice, but I can tell you that, whatever it is you do choose, it will be fresh and tasty. I happened to be making my decisions about the many offerings from which to choose when sushi chef Aaron delivered two more long trays of options. He was friendly and personable as he explained the ingredients of the little marinated tofu rice pockets. As tempting as the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl looked, and as much as the ramen might have been the logical choice on a single-digit day, and as fun as it would be to build a poke bowl from the smorgasbord of toppings, I went with sushi because there was such a fabulous variety available! Thank you to the owners who have invested in our community. Thank you also for taking the time and care to hire quality people. I’ll be back for sure! (Please remind me next time that I’m having the teriyaki chicken bowl or ramen —- just to switch it up a little. 😉) Thanks again! See...

Literally walked in after seeing the words “Japanese” and “authentic” — had to check it out!

Haven’t been to Japan yet, so can’t compare to true Japanese sushi, but as soon as I stepped in, I felt welcomed. The staff was super kind and curious about my preferences. Once I mentioned I’m vegetarian, they offered to freshly prepare a veggie roll for me — which turned out amazing.

They’ve got a great house selection of sauces too — the “Supa Sauce” (2nd and 3rd from the left in my pic) was my favorite. Everything was flavorful but still light and clean, perfect as a healthy snack or even a satisfying full mea, depending on the vibe.

Loved the fresh ingredients, the thoughtful service, and the overall energy of the place. Definitely recommend it for anyone, especially if you're plant-based and looking for a solid yet simple...

I’d HIGHLY recommend Supa in Post falls, the food was amazing & beyond expectations, love the layout of self serve by the pound which allows you to dial in your favorite options, the sushi options abound & use nice hearty portions & quality ingredients, you can also choose from classic Ramen bowls & other sides, we tried almost everything & were very happy, well priced for what you get & easy to fill up a family! I can’t say enough about the staff, they were very informative, attentive, & just the kindest people that make you feel at home & at ease! I’d highly recommend this as the BEST Japanese/sushi/ramen place in post falls & the surrounding area! These folks deserve your business, stop looking & just go get it! We’ll be back…...
