Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Post Falls

I love Dutch. I have for years. I go early on sticker days and I go almost every day. I moved away from this location a few years ago and I came back to visit. The line was long and service was slow. I think we were in line for 20+ minutes. The worker who took our order was okay. When we got to the window, they handed my drink to us but I had asked for a blended rebel and they gave us a double blended instead. I don’t like the double blended at all and I wouldn’t have ordered my drink this way. The worker looked confused and had to ask someone else to make sure it was my drink and when I questioned why it was double blended they explained their machine hasn’t been working for weeks. I said I wouldn’t have ordered it that way if I would have known they didn’t care. Threw my drink away and won’t be coming...

Not a good experience at this drive thru last night for my husband and I. We both ordered drinks and they had some electonic dance music playing so insanely loud it was very apparent they were uninteresting in connecting with their customers but rather chat amongst each other. The girl was pretty rude when she handed the drinks. Once we left we tried our drinks which were supposed to be hot but the milk was barely lukewarm, not even kids temp. Neither had much of the flavoring either, I did see about half of my caramel was dripping down the side of my cup. We also did not want to go and request the drinks be remade since they didn't provide friendly service...

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but seriously? $7.00 for a large, bland Dutch soda? It was slightly more flavorful than a La Croix but it was still just kinda disappointing. If you love straight sparkling water then you’ll probably love this; But to pay $7.00 for something that tastes like somebody dropped a single red skittle in it and nothing else? Needless to say, I’m a little salty. .__. On the positive side, I’ve been to Dutch Bros quite a few times and the people who work there are ALWAYS super nice, funny and smiley. I just wish Dutch Bros would step up their game a little with the Dutch Soda flavors if they’re going to be charging so...
