Just a bit ago, with all this heavy snow going on, I had a bit of an accident in my car and ended up flying into the parking lot of this place.
I went in and asked if they might be able to help me push the car. Unfortunately, the car was high centered and unable to be moved with pushing alone; but three employees, without hesitation, came and helped me try. Then, one of the employees went and called a tow truck for me without me even having to ask, invited me in and gave me hot tea and chips, and all of them came to check on me when I was distraught and crying.
I am new to the area, and this left the best first impression; they were kind and helpful, and tried their best to comfort a random stranger in need. If I could give then ten stars, I would. Not only were they kind to me, but when a very sweet couple, who I will never forget, offered to give me a ride home, they treated them for their kindness with a complimentary desert. I will definitely be coming back (when the weather is better, not making that mistake again lol) to show my gratitude.
Thank you, to all the employees there for not only being great representatives for your company, but being genuinely nice people. I wish I had gotten their names but, with all that happened, I forgot to ask. But El Ranchero has earned a new, loyal patron for going...
Read moreI enjoy El Ranchero. I like to order the El Ranchero burrito with chicken or the two chicken tacos with rice and beans. I asked for no onion but got onions in my burrito. The food always comes really hot and tastes really good except the refried beans. They need to add some kind of seasoning to the refried beans. The rice is very tasty and has good texture. It was busy in the restaurant tonight but it didn't take long to get our food. We also ordered huevos rancheros but she brought that out 10-12 minutes after she brought out our other orders. Also, the huevos rancheros came with lots of onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes on top instead of chili Verde pork. Our waitress did a great job. She apologized for the delayed huevos rancheros and assured us it was on its way. She kept out drinks filled and checked on us multiple times. The chips and salsa were good but chips are better when they're fresh and warm. The seats are comfortable and they have plenty of seating inside available. The parking lot has limited parking so overflow parking is in the dirt parking lot to the East of the restaurant. We ordered four entrées and a sprite and the bill was $60. So $15 per entrée is at current market value. The place was clean and maintained to my eye and I did see them sanitize/wiped down ever table after...
Read moreOutstanding Community Support from El Ranchero and Owner Juan
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to El Ranchero and its owner, Juan, for their extraordinary generosity and support of the Post Falls JV Trojans football team. Juan graciously donated a full meal to feed all 60 of our student-athletes, an act of kindness that truly exemplifies what it means to be a community partner.
The quality of the food was exceptional, and the care and effort put into preparing such a large donation did not go unnoticed. More importantly, this gesture had a meaningful impact on our team—boosting morale, fostering camaraderie, and reminding our players that their community stands behind them.
Juan’s commitment to giving back is a shining example of leadership and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for his support and proud to have a local business like El Ranchero that invests in the well-being of our youth. Thank you, Juan, for your generosity and for making a difference in the lives of our players.
Thank you El Ranchero and Juan for...
