Not great. Was able to easily order a lovely item online early in the morning. Then was unreachable for many hours, during that time the florist tried to reach because they were out of the very basic flowers I had ordered. They sent something, I still don’t know what because after three phone calls I have been unable to find out. I ended speaking with a horrible person claiming to be a manager named Tyler, who was in love with the sound of his own voice, wanted to tell me some long story about my flowers, which honestly, I did not need or want to hear. I just kept asking for the bottom line- what was sent. He kept telling me that I had to let him speak - in other words- the only way to find out what was sent was to hear some long mansplaining story that I did not need, want or desire to hear.(I had in fact figured out all that had happened and really just wanted to know what was sent) He refused to just straight up tell me what was sent. I mean I kept saying just tell me what was sent. He refused without the story. And I refused to hear his story. So…..As of this writing I have no idea what my $100 bought. But hey Tyler is happy. I ordered flowers for a funeral and gave instructions as to colors and size. The flowers were way beyond what I expected. Not only did Williams Flower Shop send me a picture of the flowers, but I also saw them and they were just so beautiful. Way beyond what I had been able to suggest to the florist. On another note, I have received flowers for Mother's Day and now, today, for my birthday, sent from Williams. And, again, my breath was taken away. So, so amazing. I have been using Flowers to Go now named Williams since 1995.. this florist has been a part of my pregnancy, delivery, milestones, graduations, celebrations and just becauses with my daughter throughout her entire life.. I am forever grateful for the journey we have shared and I have always appreciated the extra care and personal touch that have been given to the joy of sending flowers to my child.
