Ajit, the owner of Kumar Realty, has been managing my rental house in San Diego for over 2 years now and I am extremely happy with his services. With him managing my property I never feel that I am away from my property as he provides regular updates and personally visits the property as and when required. I recently had fencing replaced on my property which required coordinating with neighbors and contractor and Ajit took care of all of this!
