This company is terribble they are scam artists they sell sub standard equipment that breaks within a few months of ownership then refuse to honor there warranty I requested 5 different times via email.and message for there warranty Administrator Ali Rayburn to call me never once did she she would email here and there and deflect us trying to get us to rig the machin or do electrical repairs ourselves. Directly against there own warranty and manual as well as putting our staff at risk of shock, Water + Electricity = trouble. There warranty one of the reasons we bought it clearly states 1 year parts and labor and there own repair shops say " Mytee will never pay for labor" (janitorial.superstore mitch ) and another supplier of there's Excel cleaning supplies straight up warned us " mytee is good when it works but when it breaks the warranty is a problem" and tried to sell us another brand , Now I kick myself for buying this piece of junk. Hopefully a class action suit will come from there scams. I suggest other report these issues to the U.S. FTC and your states attorney General as well as the California Attorney General for false and misleading claims. Read moreI have been a Mytee customer for over 5 years straight now. I am an owner operator of a successful carpet cleaning business located in Los Angeles, Ca. When I first started out my business I purchased a Mytee M5, and soon added an Air Hog, Air Hog Plus, T Rex, Stair wands, wands, burnisher, and many more Mytee Products. I chose Mytee because of the looks and price point. Till this day I still use my Mytee M5 portable in my Rug Shop. It still has the original motors in it too after all these years. Over the 5 years I've been doing business with Mytee they have continually updated their equipment. When they do they notify me and send me the updated parts at no cost. Any time I've had any problems or questions Mytee has stepped up to the place and immediately remedied the situation. Even when it was not their fault but mine due to abuse or ignorance. Mytee has the best customer service of any company out there that I've dealt with and I have dealt with many. Which is the reason why I am writing this review. I noticed how some have claimed the opposite. I can only assume the posters have ulterior motives. Because if anything, Mytee is all about customer service. Read moreI have one of the worst experiences with their 8070 model. I only used it about 10 times to detail cars, and within those 10 times it broke on me every other use. I already had to replace the heater, the pump, the copper connectors for the heater pump, the hose, the connector on the hose etc. Basically I use it one time, and the next time I have to use it, something is broken. It shouldn't happen with the machine that cost $1,300. Sure, they give you warranty, but let's be realistic and acknowledge it's very inconvenient either way. One time I took it to the shop and they kept it there for a few days when they already had a part, after that I just started replacing Parts myself. I keep it in my basement over winter and don't leave it in the garage, and I always make sure it's completely dry and clean before I put it away. It literally breaks just by sitting. I had to use it last week and the copper connector for the heater just cracked and leaked water everywhere. Don't get me wrong, when this extractor is functional it does a very good job, and I also love how fast the water gets hot.
