This was my first experience At a Bomgaars ?? My first Experience was a home run… your crew and staff were spot on after I was scared with chest pains, and was guessing I was having a small heart attack or getting ready to have a big one, after recently having open-heart surgery I calmly went up to one of the cashiers (Katie) after strolling through your spotless and well organized store. I calmly alerted your cashier to my predicament. I requested a couple of aspirin, I Hear that’s good stopping a heart attack but all you had on your shelf was Advil, Tylenol and a few other ones I can The other cashier (Savannah) ran like the wind to the local Kroger’s store to get me some aspirin. I sat on a bag of dog food to keep the gathering staff Calm and Cool… They were calling one representative to come cover for another representative and alerted them to what was going on before you know it there was eight or nine people at the front of the store, but they all remain calm look like they were having a safety meeting of some sort ….. and the aspirin soon arrived. Your sweet and compassionate manager (Michelle) then was focused on calling my wife…. Who was in the nearby area, at a rodeo. We were there to watch our grandson bull ride and our granddaughter barrel race…. After Michelle notified Karrie of the situation, she and Trevor drove my truck across the road to meet my wife and efforts to hurry my transport back to the Bowling Green area then Michelle drove the whole clan back to the store where we parted ways my wife Karrie also mentioned that the checkout girls and Michelle sent several text checking on my well-being. I just love small town hospitality. Your crew went way above and beyond their job duties to keep an old man calm when this could’ve turned very ugly, commend your management on handling the situation with the utmost professionalism.….. I recommend you give them all raises and promotions all around, but you should seriously contemplate changing your name of the store very hard to remember very hard to look up very hard to spell. You’ll always have a lifelong friend in Auburn ………….. sincerely, your newest lifelong customer Chuck Drury,...
