Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Powderly

I hadn't ordered a pizza from Papa John's for over two years due to terrible service. Decided to give them a try. Ordered a large pizza on the internet, received text it was ready, drove to the drive up window. Was ignored for the first few minutes, eventually a young person came to the window. After looking for my pizza, told me it was coming out of the oven now, yet I had a text it was ready?? I ask if they had put garlic butter in the box, they said yes, and I drove home. No garlic butter!! Called them, they told me I could drive back and they would give me two garlic butters at no charge!! I see nothing has changed, terrible customer service, mediocre food, stay away! There are much better choices for...

We love Papa Johns pizza. It's always delicious. BUT the new drive-thru cashier is rude. No words at all... No "Hi/Bye/Thank you".. anything.

We ordered online, and the app said it was ready, but when we arrived the girl said: "It will be a few minutes" We waited for 15 minutes, and after we finally got our pizza, she didn't even say "Sorry, for the delay" or anything.

It almost gives us the feeling that we don't wanna...

Staff are friendly and patient, helpful with questions and getting food you want. Papa John's has good deals, great coupons. 2nd in best for cheese sticks but the price can't be topped. Clean place makes you want to order here! I promise, you realize how other places aren't cleaning.. I give 6 stars, recommend to anyone who loves pizza's, wings, chocolate desserts, poppers,...
