I placed an order online and somehow was double charged unbeknownst to me. After picking up my order and returning home, a few hours later I get a call from "Mollie" explaining that I was possibly double charged. At her request I checked my bank account and sure enough I was. Mollie apologized and said if I would stop by the next day she would give me a refund. I have never had this happen, an employee contact me late in the evening to save me from being over charged. She didn't have to do it, so I let her have the money as a tip.
