My son’s first birthday was here, as the kids had fun which is really all that matters. However the adult guest for my son’s party were all very disappointed. We had two workers for the party I believe one’s name was Emma (she was very sweet the whole time) and I’m unsure the others name and she was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude the entire time from the second I walked through the door to the very end. As I understand there is a time schedule for parties a more welcoming attitude would have made it much better. I do not recommend this place until the workers can get attitude adjustments. Which after reading reviews they have had an attitude problem for the while and it seems the owner justifies it every time. This said worker was throwing my child’s gifts as we were unwrapping and snatching the bags and paper out of my guest hands. For the amount of money I paid for this place I would expect to be treated with better attitudes. If you hate your job that much just quit. Even after I went out of my way to feed the workers there was still a horrible attitude towards me and my guest. As someone who has worked in service industry for five years I was shocked that the immediate encounter with these people was an attitude immediately. Mind you I had canceled my party at another place similar to them and booked this place because it looked more appealing and was not expecting to be treated with such rudeness. As I was paying I addressed the fact that when I booked I was not told that it was a fee to arrive 30 minutes early, that I was going to pay it but I would just let whoever answers the phone to book parties to make sure to mention it. I was again met with an attitude as one family member addressed it too she proceeds to go back and forth with them as well and then flings the kiosk screen towards me to pay. Again for the money I paid for this place I would expect to be met with more of a warmer welcoming attitude that just straight up disrespect from the workers there. Do better and get your...
Read moreMY EXPERIENCE at Chee Chee’s Playroom, South Baton Rouge Location!!!! First off let me say, we had a wonderful time celebrating our little one’s first birthday party.
Communicating before hand with Mrs. Joanie about the “cans and can’ts (if you will)” was a breeze and very informative. All my questions were answered and answered again, lol. She was awesome.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Lillian, a sweetheart. Once inside I was greeted by Maddie, the game plan sweetheart. They gave me the rundown, I said okay and it was smooth sailing from there. They really took the stress away from me and I thank them dearly.
The girls decorated the party area before hand and assisted with the decorations that were bought in upon arrival. They were superstars when it came to handing out pizza. Clean up was a breeze also.
The facility was comfortable, welcoming and clean!!! Especially the restrooms (which can make or break a place).
My guests and I were so impressed with the place and how spacious it was. They all say it was the perfect place to host a party, due to the age appropriate play areas around the facility.
And above all the kids had a blast!!!!!! And so did the adults!!!!
Thank you...
Read moreThis is a really cute place to bring in your kids, however I would think twice before doing so, the lady at the front desk on Friday at 3 pm didn’t know what to do to give me a punch pass, that is something basic I would believe. When I asked instead to have a membership she told me several times “I don’t know”, when I asked why, she said “I don’t know”. She had to call the manager.
If the team doesn’t know how to sell punch passes or memberships (which i assume is basic) at least the manager should make a document stating how to do things.
Never in a front desk I was told “I don’t know” and not think in ways in how to help me. Amazing.
Bad review for the girl at the front desk for not knowing how to problem solve. Bad review to the management for not having proper how-to-do’s and training...
