Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Presque Isle

WALMART PRESQUE ISLE MAINE WHAT A WASTE and it cost us another trip to hospital ! We came from Jackman ,Me we had a time share for a week which we only stayed for 2 1/2 days because my wife got sick and around Jackman there nothing open . So i drove thru mountains thru snow, fog, and everything else you could drive thru at 25 mile an hour , to Dover Fox Croft to the hospital and spent 3 1/2 hrs getting breathing treatments and several shots and exams .wanting to get out of that area before weather got worse and the deer and moose came out .Driving to Presque Isle to WALMART arriving at 7 :46 waiting at counter til 7:50at the pharmacy to fill the the prescription giving to us from Hospital .It looked like 2 pharmacist and a rude counter person . I explained what we had been thru . By this time it was 7:55 she tells us that she could not fill till tomorrow morning . I asked what are you hours she says they close at 8:00 and will be open at 8:OO am but could not fill till 10:00 am. I got to the store at 7 :46 and by the time she got to the window and i explained my story that we were in route to Madawaska Me that night. She tells me that they have things to do and it is not her fault we got to the store late. IF THE PHARMACY HOURS ARE 8; 00TO 8:00 PM then i should be able to be severed till then . For a company of that size and to be treated like that because she was in a rush to go home . I am in the restaurant business and if a person comes in 14 minutes before we close we gladly serve them .What are hours for ? All the money we spend with Walmart AND SAM'S for home and in BUSINESS and to be treated like that ,it is time for me to rethink using both SAMS and WalMART stores . THANKS for making my trip to your store a waste WHEN I COULD HAVE GONE DOWN THE STREET TO RITE DRUGS . Next morning RITE DRUGS IN MADAWASKA filled my scripts in 10 MINS. There is one employee that I like but that is it. I have had issues with the way they talk to me and treat me. I have found I have to ask all questions in order to get the information that they should be telling me. I was told I have to suffer because they had one prescription unavailable for me due to being on backorder. My doctor would be unavailable to call them to have it transferred until after days I would go without. I believe I was lied to because an employee was upset that I had issues with her service and another pharmacist came in to help after complaints. They should be helpful, give all information and options available. I believe good customer service is very important in that type of career and I am hurt with the way I was spoken to. This is one of the worse walmarts I've ever been in. Prices are 5-10$ more then the apps, they never match the web site or app. There is never any washers working any of the registers. The self checkout is your only option and the staff are rude when asking for receipts. What should have been a quick in and out of one item. Took 35 minutes, 34 minutes was waiting in line until the pain of standing cause me to just drop the items and walk out. Save yourself the time and rage, order it from...
