I just recently moved to the Caribou area and ordered a sofa I paid the first initial payment and I paid a second payment. The first day that they were supposed to be here to deliver the furniture I waited and nobody showed up so I called and I guess the delivery driver is called out. A phone call would have been nice so that I wasn't expecting somebody they rescheduled. On that day right before my 3:00 deadline I got a phone call saying that they were running way behind and asked if they could deliver it to me the next day and I said yes. I was then asked if there was anyone here that would be able to help lug Furniture as this person would have been by themselves and so I arranged it so my husband left work early to be here at 2:30. Here it is 3:40 they aren't here a call was made at 2:45 and we were told that they were loading up and would be on their way. This isn't very good customer service especially to new customers I never had a problem in the Belfast area with getting my items on time or any of that and I was a good customer I never missed a payment I was always on time and Belfast I have paid off four items. Read moreThe customer service was alright and they worked with me. They were also friendly. Unfortunately, the delivery process was absolutely insufferable. I waited one week for a delivery of a sectional and bed frame that wouldn’t end up fitting in my door in the end. I reordered and the delivery once again took longer than expected. They also put orders in front of me like pickups for other customers which doesn’t make sense, policy or not. You would think incoming customers who are waiting for their delivery would be made priority, right? Apparently not. Either way I didn’t appreciate the timing of delivery and the lack of communication when it came to the delays. Read moreThe worst experience I have witnessed in my life. Daughter needed washer and dryer, I helped her set up her account and get it ordered. March 21, 2025 delivery date. They call her to inform they can’t deliver due to no manager, reschedule, they call and say they can’t deliver due to no driver, reschedule, they never called, daughter went into store and got a run around with attitude and disrespectful customer service. Told the order was on the truck for delivery, mind you two payments have come out of her account and weekly benefits plus payment had come out since order was placed!!
