I regret buying from Sheri's. The flooring product I bought was fine and as expected. It arrived within 3 business days of ordering. However, the customer service was poor.

I primarily communicated with Sandy, both in person and over the phone. With each interaction, I felt she was insincere, impatient, and not interested in giving full attention to each customer. When I called to check on the arrival of my order, she rudely cut me off saying she just walked in, had other requests, and would call later. She did not call me back that day, and I felt uncomfortable calling her again. I just showed up when I assumed the product would be ready.

I'll go out of my way to buy at Home...

We remodeled my mom's house after a 2nd story pipe broke. I had 4 or 5 discussions with Mike and exchange of many pictures before I settled on a very nice vinyl "wood" flooring. Mike arranged for installation of sheeting, leveling, and the flooring all within a few weeks. Mike also hooked us up with a gentleman that installed carpet on our stairs. This company went the extra mile to make sure the job was going to be done right... and then did the job just like we agreed to. I had a great experience and I highly recommend...
