So I went to the Princeton WV location, let me start of by saying the manager that was there during 1230 on Saturday should be fired!!! Also Brittany that works there is rude and was laughing at me while I was trying to talk and give her my order I go there every day with my kids 2-3x a day for the same drinks I love the cherry lime aids with 10 cherries! Yes, I said 10! I share these with my kids! She laughed at me and made me feel that I was a problem for asking for this many cherries, the manager came out and didn't offer to pay for my drink when I was in tears from how Brittany treated me, she took my 6$ when my only order one medium cherry lime aid didn't even give me my change!!!!!! I left and just knew that the drink wouldn't be right and guess what it was I didn't get any lime and 6 cherries I'm a paying customer a regular I always tip very well bc I'm a sever and have been a manager when i went back the manger then gives me my 6$ there was another lady that i didn't catch her name but was the sweetest of all of them she came right out yes her not the manger and she fixed my drink then she told the manager thats when that manager came out and gave me my money no sorry no nothing that other lady got that 6$ for a tip for making sure my drink was prefect!!!!!!! She was kind and i really think if it wasn't for her i would never go back i wish i had caught her name she has always waited on me and I've never had one problem when she waited on me. If it was up to me she be the manager of that place. Real managers never take money from a customer when they find out a customer heard a employee talking about them and laughing over cherries i wanted they would never not give me my change back and that lady should be fired and replaced what i got today was not right or ok at all!!!!!!!!! Read moreWe are waited in the line in the drive thru for a few minutes (the line was long and not moving). So we pulled around to pull into one of our hr curbside spots. After, again, waiting for a few minutes and after giving half of our order, a female came back over the mic and says “ I’m sorry we are not taking any additional orders at this time, due to being short staffed”. At first we were thinking this has to be a joke… Because not only did we wait in line in the drive-through we pulled around pulled up to the curbside order area waited a few more minutes and then finally someone speaks over the mic to take our order and halfway through giving it a different female comes over the mic and interrupts us to let us know that we basically waited around for 20-25 minutes for no good reason !!! Now I can understand closing early from being understaffed , 100%! however you don’t start taking someone’s order and decide halfway through you’re too busy and not enough bodies to help. Our order consisted of: -corndog -jalapenos cheese bites -3 chicken tender meal with french fry and medium high-c no ice -triple sonic smash burger combo with tator tots and small mellow yellow no ice -small coke -ranch -mayonaise (We also wanted a milkshake but their icecream machine was broken) vs WHAT WE GOT: -corndog -triple sonic smash burger with medium doctor pepper with A LOT of ice, french fries -NO jalapenos cheese bites -3 chicken tender meal with french fry and medium high-c with a LOT of ice -no ranch -no mayonaise We then called back to see if they would be willing to fix these errors, they then brough out the jalapenos cheese bites with more ketchup, still forgot mayonaise and ranch. Burger was okay at best. Chicken was okay at best. Didn't have ranch so had to wait until we got home to eat. They didn't listen to us both times very well. Not a great location. Probably would be better if management were more up on things....
