Called about a PC, asked about information and was given positive assurance that he'd be able to get to me. Told I would receive a call back and that call never came. Called again to touch base, no answer. Given time constraints I can understand not being available; the only professional outcome would be to tell the potential customer that you'd be unable to service them.
