You know how you sometimes have a craving and it doesn't matter where you are, you have to satisfy it? It happened today when Mrs. K. decided that she wanted a frozen custard and we're here in West Virginia. Well, Berkshire's Frozen Custard Shop is now Evan's Sweets and it showed up on our search.

This place is far more than an ice cream stand!!! Offering a small cafe style menu. We went for the first time yesterday and discovered the variety of flavors and different options to enjoy your dessert. The staff was so polite and professional. The accommodations available are an asset to this business, offering a drive through option and outdoor patio seating WITH umbrellas. We will be regular customers!!! Probably daily. I needed a pit stop along my drive up I-77, and this ice cream shop fit the bill. Yes, it’s a bit of a drive from the interstate, but well worth it. It’s decorated in a 50’s retro style, with indoor and outdoor seating.
