It is in horrible taste and "fashion" for the manager to yell at, mistreat or be rude to any employee for any reason let alone in front of customers. I think this store needs to put out the old and let in some new talent to actually tend to and serve the company AND its loyal employees instead of pushing them to leave due to the attitude and lack of good leadership in the manager. I hope they find more new talent like the recent addition of Jessica who is a breath of fresh air to this stores staff and its customers - otherwise I fear this branch will lose customers and with that ANOTHER storefront. Unfortunately, we as consumers expect this type of lack from the bigger franchises, not from our small/family owned businesses- they are supposed to be the strong backbone of this country, not part of the cancer...
