T Nails — Local services in Princeton

My nails look it was done by a 5 year old. This place shouldn't even have one star. I was really looking forward to get my nails done for my birthday, at a salon for the first time. I couldn't wait! I was going with few friends, they were going to get their nails done as well. One of my friends made an appointment the day before so we wouldn't have to wait on walk-ins. We got there a little early, and started to pick out our colors. As soon we walked in we noticed that the place was understaffed and overwhelmingly packed with people. Me and one of my friends got sat down. My nail tech started off good, but as he kept going, my nails kept getting chunkier, he didn't try to fix it, he just kept going. Immediately after he put on the design, he put a clear coat and smudged the design, ruining the nail and he laughed. Then told me that I was all finished. Going to my friend, that was still standing there, waiting to even get sat down, and my other friend who was going to get her nails done. She told me that her nails weren't what she wanted too, that they didn't listen to what she wanted and chose their own colors for her instead of letting her pick out the colors. They made us pay full price for bad nails. We all left after my friend was done getting her nails done. Then the friend that booked the appointment was completely forgotten about...

Very disappointed with this place. It was my first and last time there. I asked for French manicure and the did ombre, it costs more, the nails were so thick they look like bubble nails, my daughters gel polish looked like she did them herself they only gave her one coat and it started peeling off next day. To top it off they charged me $180 twice and when I showed the guy he argued and said no its a preauthorization and will post only once the next day. So the next day I went to bank they confirmed yes they took 180 out 2x and the guy still argued when we showed him proof. Very rude and unprofessional and poor quality. Not the nails I wanted...

Sat there waiting for 45 minutes and still no one could wait on me. Had a good few good experiences in here but they seem to have enough business now that they don't care to have me as a customer. There were only a couple customers in there. Before when I was there the place was full and they at least started my pedicure water so my feet could soak. They all sat there today talking and did not seem worried a bit that I had sat there that long.. I finally got up and left.. out of 6 chairs I was the only one in pedicure chair so I don't understand why I was waiting. Think I'll try...
