Club 24 Prosser — Local services in Prosser

Plates and bars scattered across the floor along with paper towels and other trash as well. No night attendant, but the day employees don't do anything about people not wiping down equipment after they use it or putting things back where they belong. I've made complaints through the proper channels with no replies. Seems the owners are more interested in opening up more locations than the upkeep of their existing ones. One star for a variety of equipment, but that's about all they have going for them. Do better.

Edit 12/16/23: Management seems to think that posting unenforceable signs on the wall is going to do the work that they should be doing themselves...laughable. Since then, you can tell that some members are now leaving out more equipment just to spite the empty threat. Tonight, all of the paper towel dispensers are empty, but someone had the time to leave out a roll for us right next to the empty dispenser. Thanks...I guess? I still see people nightly who don't clean up after themselves, but I can't blame them at this point. This place is trash. Think I'll be looking at what the other gym across town...

The worst and dirtiest fitness club I've ever seen. The place in which people should become stronger and healthier turned out to be a place in which, on the contrary, it is dangerous to be. All exercise equipment is completely covered with a thick layer of dust, except for those places that visitors wipe themselves. Maybe your administrators are waiting for us to start wiping the dust ourselves too? There are cobwebs everywhere, the toilets are always dirty, the mirrors are broken and stained. But in those rare moments when workers wash the floor with strong chemicals, it is generally impossible to be in the fitness club, since this chemical burns the lungs and it becomes impossible to breathe! It's an alright gym. After the pandemic I sort of became a bit of germaphobe and it's difficult to really relax and workout when it doesn't seem that there is a reliable wipe down schedule of the more commonly used equipment and spaces. I have seen far too many gym users who "forget" to clean up after themselves so it would be really nice if there was more of an emphasis on this aspect. The gym tends to be overcrowded at the typical hours but the equipment I use works. Wish that they would have sent an email to members about arbitrary price increases when my annual contract renewed. I would give more stars but I think that 3 stars for average sanitation practices and price increases when the equipment and access to said equipment remains the...
