They go by appt. Overcharge, $147ish for a basic simple mani and pedi. Was expecting drinks at least but wasn’t offered. Pedicure massage was okay, i don’t know if the lady is new or what, but the french tip, came out like if she was a beginner and i didn’t like that she cut my nails round… The manicure, didn’t get what i wanted. The guy switched up on me with the colors “that it would look better on me” and i usually trusts on the artist but this time wasn’t the best. Their medium length is like a long length. Too thick of acrylic layer. Too much pressure with the buffing machine on my nails (i thought i was being extra but once the acrylic fall off, i notice how damaged my nails really got; like it almost touch my skin thats under the nails, now it looks like if there’s a weird dent in the middle of my nails) and im like, “well no wonder my nails were hurting for 2 days” They seem nice and quite chatty but service isn’t there for what they’re...

Paradise Nail and Spa in Prosser is truly a hidden gem! Since the new ownership took over, the transformation has been incredible. The remodeling is absolutely stunning fresh, modern, and so relaxing. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into every detail of the space.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The new owners and staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your service.
Their work is top-notch too my nails have never looked better! They’re meticulous, professional, and really listen to what you want. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows.
Highly recommend Paradise Nail and Spa to anyone looking for quality service, a beautiful atmosphere, and genuinely wonderful people. Prosser is lucky to...
Read moreThis is a very expensive salon for the quality of the work. We came in for shellac manicures and regular pedicures and the techs working on us weren't very friendly. They didn't care.. and it showed.
They have a very limited selection of shellac color options and my manicure came out VERY thick and it was not the color I had chosen from their broken and busted shellac swatch wheel.
Additionally, this place is a nightmare from a sanitation standpoint - I will be shocked if I don't end up with some kind of fungus. Dirty floors, broken chairs, reusing unsanitized tools and files.
This place could be great, but they would need to revamp everything. I hope they do - the people of Prosser deserve a spa experience and...
