Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Prosser

In less than 4 weeks time this establishment has shown to NOT be worth my time and it should not be worth yours either. The paper towels they offered up belong in the rest room and not, on the front counter. The floors had not been mopped nor cleaned in at least 8 hours and possibly longer. The lack of any organization shows through in the lack of any real customer service . Orders, how ever small or large they may be, should not have to wait 14 minutes until possible fulfillment . When the supervisor was queried on this matter the best I was offered was a refund, and my order, which was not right either. I asked for SOFT shelled tacos, not, the hard sided ones. The nachos, if that is what they are called, are best left to the gulls that linger outside from the littler left by previous patrons. Over all, this place deserves a Health and Safety inspection soon. Perhaps being shut down and re-worked with competent help would be a real bonus. Final word: Do NOT, eat here at all. Your only saving grace is being next to a truck stop which serves much better food and has employees that give a care. Please close your doors. You're not worth the money...

Quality of the food was sub-par. Employees were ok but lacked basic knowledge of their food. Before I left I used the restroom it it was the WORST restroom I have come across in a fast food restaurant. Two stalls. One had wet toilet paper rolls laying on their side on the floor behind the toilet that smelled as if they’d been there for a while. There was no toilet paper in the actual holder, but set on top of the holder so when you go to use it, it will easily fall onto the floor. The other stall had poop remains on the inside of the toilet bowl and, like the other stall, the toilet paper was sitting on top of the holder not in it. I had to squat to do my business. Anyways, the one sink in that bathroom had strands of hair inside the basin and almost made me lose my dinner. The paper towels were not in the holder, they were set on top just like the toilet paper. Absolute laziness on the part of the manager. I fled as soon as I could. If that’s what their restroom practices are like I can only imagine their kitchen. I regret not going to the restroom first, I would’ve left and gone somewhere...

We ordered a decent amount of food at the drive thru after ordering we were asked to pull up and wait. They weren't busy so we didn't expect it to take very long but we were sitting there for several minutes. My husband got tired of waiting and went in. We were in a hurry so after grabbing our food he handed it to me and we drove off. I opened the bag only to discover meat and sauce on the bag and on the outside of all of our food wrappers. We are vegetarians and asked for no meat on all of our food so the meat on the outside of our food was extra gross but the kids were hungry and there wasn't meat inside (which makes me wonder when the last time the person making our food cleaned their hands) so we didn't turn around. All the food was a mess the burritos were leaking (they weren't wrapped well) and in the car it was fun trying to keep the kids clean. My husband ordered a 7 layer and it didn't have beans or lettuce and the rice was overcooked and crunchy. I wish we would have stopped in a different city on our trip the Prosser taco bell was very...
