Extremely disappointed and never going here again. I’ve been coming to this store since I was 8. I am now 24 and when I just was there to get 5$ back from the store after being charged twice. I explained kindly to the manager he completely was refusing to give me my money back and refusing to check the cameras or do anything. The 5$ wasn’t the issue cause if he had said he’d try his best to help me that would have been different... not to mention I had called previously to talk to him and was told he wasn’t around. I waited and waited spoke to him nicely and then he still refuses to help. So I got mad yelled and cussed them out because I work just like everyone else and I make more than the workers there. Why would I go out my way to lie about 5$? I feel embarrassed that they would think of me as someone who would go there to lie and ask for money back for no reason but their own greed. I had proof on my phone and times and dates. If they had responded with maturity and sincerity with professionalism saying we will look into It I would’ve probably not cared even cared for the 5$. But to try and make me look like a liar! I’m never going back again! Worst experience with management ever... and I’ve HAD my own store before. Have better customers service as a manager. And don’t call customer disrespectful after you refuse to help them and embarrass them in...

Owners Daniel Gonell and Juan ordered over 150,000.00 worth of cigarettes left and never came back. Sold the store to a family member or friend maybe and still operates as a money laundering business. From the Dominican Republic to the United States. A lot of these spanish bodega s do.
