In general, I like to shop at Walmart. This particular store however is appalling. I was shopping today, filled my cart, and needed to use the restroom. I parked my cart in front of the customer service area, which always has people waiting in line. I went into the restroom and when I came out, minutes later, my cart was gone. I had not yet paid for the items. I asked to speak to a Manager and was referred to the back of customer service line. The customer service associate spoke to me, over the line of customers, and told me that I should have told her that I was leaving the cart; that the area where I left my cart was designated for return items, and that I should have told her that I was leaving it there. Even if I would have mentioned it to her, she is too busy to manage carts left for bathroom breaks. I am 55 years old. I do not need to raise my hand and mention that I need to use the restroom to ANYONE.
I threw up my hands, came home and called to speak to a Manager, since no one would address me on location. I was passed around until I spoke to someone, who could not possibly represent a professional management team, and told that he would review the video at the time of my visit to the restroom. What needs to be reviewed, me entering and leaving the restroom, speaking to an associate over a line of people who have already been waiting? I can't imagine. I was blown off, I left with nothing, and Walmart did not get my money.

However, I needed to update my review because the state of this Walmart has changed over the years. It seems as if all the complaints about its lack of inventory, carts, the mess, and the poor service have been fixed and I appreciate these concerns being mostly addressed, even on Saturdays when they're very busy. The service people are English speaking, there are certainly enough cashiers and store operators, and the phone service is responsive and helpful. They did make the aisles a little too thin to push two carts through but they did that in order to increased inventory overall. After my last phone call with them I finally decided to change the review, I've seen this review all too often and as the change has been permanent, I have made the decision to change my review from 1 stars to 4. It's a still a danky Walmart, that's not changing any time soon, all Walmarts are somewhat like that, and people who shop there can still be selfish passive-aggressive cart pushers, but they've addressed most of the voiced concerns about the store and I appreciate that. That's why I like shopping here. It's cheap, it's easy, and I'm not missing the bus waiting in line anymore--it's not an inconvenience to shop here. If I wanted good service, I'd buy off Amazon, or just...

It truly amazes me how this Walmart is still in operation. It is like the employees are left to manage this store themselves.
None of them look professional except maybe some of the pharmacy people. There seems to be no janitorial services. Lots of the staff I see there are old and obviously can not do the job nor do they care as the state of the items in the store look to be in complete ruins. I personally try to put things back the way i found it in this store but 1 person out of the thousands who shop in that store is not a huge difference BUT that's why there are employees to tidy up and let me tell you, no one has attempted.
You barley see a manger in this store
The electronics section seems to be where everyone hangs out. Many times I have gone there and seen 4 to 5 people standing and talking
There is NEVER and I mean NEVER anyone running the sporting good section
I can go on and on about what this location needs to work on and fix. I honestly don't foresee any of it changing though. Majority of the people who shop there seem not to care so naturally a corp of this size will keep the same standards as long as people are buying.
I will say one thing. There is a really nice greeter who works there but other than that it sucks that I have to come to this location due to it being close to where I live. I will start diversifying...
