Always delicious and the service is awesome! I like that you can see the cooks, and how they all work together like a fine oiled machine. Sometimes the wait is long, but yummy things come to those who wait! I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’ve had to deal with repeated issues where my order was misunderstood or incorrect, and instead of resolving it respectfully, staff members—particularly a female employee—have been combative and quick to blame the customer. She reeks of misery. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way, especially when all I requested was a simple substitution. There's always a crowd which drew me in. I ordered chicken fingers dinner combo. A waste of money rice was under cooked, greasy as possible fingers .. I realized the crowd was buying the chix wings bone in after asking a few customers. This i should have ordered apparently this Golden house can really fry a wing.
