I am more than happy, I am EXTATIC with my purchase. I wanted a very specifically designed 14k 4mm gold band, customer engraving, both inside and outside, in Russian Cyrillic (basically Russian cursive). You may be surprised, but it is near impossible to find any jeweler that can do inside AND outside engraving, let alone in your handwriting or in another language that does not come up on a computer text. Lo and behold I stumble upon this website and company, and man was I nervous to buy such an expensive item from not only online, but a jeweler I had never heard of.. BUT MAN AM I OVERJOYED I DID. I emailed them initially to ask if what I wanted to do was possible... and they said yes, still I was hesitant and even emailed them the text both handwritten and through the best computer generation I could make.. and still they said yes. So I bit the bullet and bought it. The turnaround time was very quick, and to my amazement, there was no charge for a multi word CUSTOM language engraving in both the inside and the outside!! SERIOUSLY!!! I didn't pay anything more than for the ring!! That is incredible to me. It came today in the mail and I practically stalked the mailman out of excitement and nervousness.. and it is PerFect! I am more than thrilled to finally have such an important piece of jewelry in my collection.. I considered myself a loyal customer, having bought wedding rings from EWB 10 years ago. When I bought a third ring later, a thin spacer band, I was a bit disappointed that the shape didn’t match the picture online. I kept the band, but when I decided to buy a gold band as an anniversary gift recently, I wanted to see the band in person before committing. I asked if it would be okay to buy four similar-looking bands and then return all but my favorite. I was told this would be fine. But two problems arose: First, when I asked to have the band that I decided to keep engraved, EWB didn’t follow my exact requests for font and wording. Second, though they said they’d refunded the cost of the three rings I returned, no refund was actually provided to my credit card until after I wrote this review (which I'm now editing). When I phoned EWB customer service about the missing refund before posting this review, I was told basically, sorry that’s not our problem. All in all, EWB offers good prices and a decent product, so I'd like them to stay in business, but my experience with them...

My husband and I ordered ourselves a new set of rings to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and renew our vows. He's really great at researching stuff and found this website to order our rings from. So, we did and they came in plenty of time before we needed them. Naturally, we tried them on to make sure they'll fit - AND THEY DO! PERFECTLY AND COMFORTABLY! My only two "issues" are that 1. we got no status updates to our order except a few days before they were to be delivered; and 2. the engravings on the inside are very hard to see and read.

That being said, I would still definitely order from them again as well as highly recommend this business for your ring needs!
