Sodalicious — Restaurant in Provo

Unfortunately, I became addicted, lol. Like almost every day on my way to work. Let me tell you why I ONLY do sodalicious, besides great drinks and amazing customer service. They provide health care discounts! I do home health/hospice. I sometimes do 13 hr shifts. Patients die. Being a healthcare provider during covid has been brutal. It may seem like a little thing, but a cold drink between patients, and days I struggled to keep it together, I was always met with a smile, The young girls at the sodalicious I'm Orem, Utah. Are the kindest sweetest girls EVER. They came to know me, asked how I'm holding out, how my patients are. They cared, and so I gave back. I always tipped way over, because they made me feel like a part of their family. One young lady, especially. I would come sometimes just to see her. No the sodalicious in orem, became more than my caffeine fix, they truly excel in...

Came through the drive through on a Friday afternoon. There were no customers inside and we were the only car. When we got to the window for our drinks and after we paid, the girl opened the window and basically tossed me the cups as fast as she could, and before I could say a word, she closed the window and went back to chatting with the other worker. She didn’t give us straws or give us a chance us to even ask. How does a drink place not give you straws in the drive through? It was very annoying, because they weren’t busy at all they just wanted to get back to their chatting. My wife had to go inside the store to ask for straws and the two girls both acted so put out about it like we had some nerve asking for straws… Seriously this place needs to train staff on better customer service. K, so I wouldn't be a true blue Utah mom if I didn't love this place! But I truly love it! I really think it's more about the lifestyle and the status that the white and red cup brings with it! I just love having the excuse to get out of the house and treat myself, ya know! Having my favorite drink (By Common) in my cup holder while driving around town or strolling through target just says something about you! I also really enjoy pretty much all the amazing employees like Jared, and Gage and Maddie and Paco(Jacob) and everyone else! Let's just say anyone who is anyone drinks a sodalicious a day to keep the doctor away, am I right!?? And besides all the most important thing that Sodalicious cup brings to your life is happiness!!
